Pan Bread – Recipe Coconut flour

half cup of ground oats
2 TBsp of Coconut flour
1/2 Tsp of Baking powder gluten free
1/2 Tsp of Baking Soda
1 pinch of salt
1 TBsp of Chia (2 TBsp of water) as a egg replacer
1 Mashed Banana
1 TBsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2/3 cup of water

First mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl after that added the wet ingredients and mix until gets like a wet dough. Pour batter into skilled and close with a lid or into a prepared pan. It will take around 25min to get ready. I will try to make in the oven.
